The tool seamlessly and effortlessly integrates with with most collaboration development tool like jira. etc

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Responsive customer support team. intuitive UI and UX interface. Straightforward and navigable dashboard. great fetures that are easy to understand.

What do you dislike most about this product?

nothing much to dislike due to my great experience with the tool.

its very price friendly and easily affordable.

The open data model allows much customization and reporting

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is big and clunky for smaller organizations

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider if your really need a platform for idea and feature development. The industry has evolved with many great ala-carte tools like Notion that allows more flexibility and power.
