It is the finest product with many incredible features. There are few things which I believe to be more polishes. For example, limited real-time collaboration. Though it facilitates us with instant notification and discussion it lacks in giving live collaboration tools.

I would suggest to review your usage before adopting it. Because, the team, which lacks a basic understanding of its usage underutilized its advanced features. So, explore and keep updating your workflow to get the most out of it.
