The most important thing is Salesforce own this and which makes it best for Sales cloud. Highly configurable. You can set custom rules, pricing structures, discounting logic, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Guided selling feature is the best.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Configuration could be chalenging. You must need an expert to set up.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I will recommend to someone who is already using Salesforce Sales Cloud and looking to enhance the solution with CPQ.
