What differentiates Agentforce Commerce B2C from other similar products?

Salesforce Commerce Cloud provides a Fast, Safe, and Trustworthy environment. It helps to Integrate all digital channels for example Web, Email Marketing, and social media. Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud is Powered by AI which is a highly recommended feature nowadays.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I work as a Front-end Developer in Salesforce Commerce Cloud. So, here is my experience which I want to share: 1) Managing the Product catalog is very easy to use. 2) Admin functionality works very well. It's smooth and faster. 3) Content Management throughout the content slots is beautifully designed. 4) Adding Content based on Locale Specific is just one click ahead. 5) Page Designer is the best thing in SFCC. It speeds up your work and provides more control over the content and images.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The small problems which can be lead to issues are the following: 1) The first problem is the set-up of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a bit of a mess. It takes too much time. 2) Set-up cost is very high. Otherwise, it's a good platform to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely want to recommend this especially if you have a large amount of product catalog. SFCC performs like a Queen on eCommerce platforms.
