What differentiates ADP TotalSource from other similar products?
The breadth of what end-users can do on their on and the amount of control is something I haven't come across in previous roles I've had at companies who use different software for this.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Self-service aspect of enrollment and the help/guidance that ADP TotalSource provides for this.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish there were slightly more control over one-time or special pay periods and how the system handles this, as it's something I've had to struggle through with my HR department and ADP instead of just handling it myself.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a great product with lots of features, organization, and self-service. If it's not overkill for your size organization, than it's a great one to consider.

What differentiates ADP TotalSource from other similar products?
I feel ADP TotalSource is an abundant payroll program, but not necessarily the most abundant HRIS system.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The payroll review and pay process is easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lack of support in customization of program for their customers.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would look for more all around programs that have better customization.
