Paying taxes and payroll on time.

What differentiates ADP TotalSource from other similar products?
We haven't gotten a single tax notification since we switched to totalsource. We got alerts all the time from our prior local provider. The tax staff at ADP is really big and knows what they're doing. Even with our complicated commission structures, the payroll engine is always right.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the app for staff on their phones. They may check in, ask for time off, and see their pay stubs all from their phones. It uses the normal adp mobile app, which is quite stable. I also enjoy how the 401k works with it. The data flows smoothly, and they take care of the audits, which used to be a headache for us to do on our own.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Reporting can be a little limiting. Because you are in a group with other organizations, you may not be able to gain the same detailed raw data access that you could get with a stand-alone system.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I suggest this for stability. If you want your payroll and taxes to just function without you having to worry about them, ADP TotalSource is the best choice.

ADP TotalSource, great idea, wrong company

What differentiates ADP TotalSource from other similar products?
The PEO concept is great, which ADP TotalSource is. You get access to big company benefits and a reduced cost. This works for a small company because they can significantly reduce their benefits costs. However, ADP TotalSource fails miserably on the administrative side, to the point that they are not worth considering. You will spend more time trying to get them to address problems and issues and get frustrated in the process. Look at the other PEO organizations before ADP TotalSource.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Nothing, with I had never allowed the salesman to convert me from ADP Run to ADP TotalSource.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Everything.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Look at other PEOs.
