What differentiates Adobe Marketo Engage from other similar products?
Highly productive in Email marketing, if you has a WCMS and CRM, they will work as all-in-one solution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Incredibly mature architecture that is by design incredibly scalable and efficient. I've managed many smaller automation teams, and marketo allows us to do more with less.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Still not convinced the Adobe acquisition has been the most positive influence. There's definitely a larger business influence that we deal with nowadays. Yet I will say our account teams are every bit as attentive and responsive as they were before.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do your homework and compare options. If you have more complex business model, especially with multiple sales teams or business units competing for the same accounts, there may be better options. But then again maybe not...

Marketo Engage, part of the Adobe group, offers a cloud-based email marketing platform for businesses of all sizes to manage and monitor engaging customer relationships. This solution features integrated applications that provide a range of capabilities including marketing automation, social marketing, lead development, budget management, analytics, sales insight, and website customization. This software includes integrated solutions for the automation of social and digital marketing, streamlines marketing processes, offers more diversified campaigns, generates more leads.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Marketo has a solid visual architecture in its tiered and efficient graphical interface. Sufficient integration capacity with most devices and platforms currently available such as Salesforce. Robust API systems. Perfect tools for the design of reports and statistics of available and potential clients with which to design marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The learning curve necessary to use the tools that Marketo offers are somewhat high, its interface is designed with the most expert user in mind, so it can be somewhat challenging and unfriendly to the most novice user. The Design Studio feature is complicated to handle. Marketo can be quite expensive to obtain.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My team and I had excellent professional experience in managing Marketo for the optimal management of our capacities to develop our potential in turbulent virtual markets on a global scale. Nice logo in the form of windows that give the user the feeling of being able to see a good future for their company thanks to this software.

The sales connet function that allows integration with Salesforce, calendars and Gmail, the ease to customize experiences on websites, its predictive content, A/B testing, improves business impact, its effectiveness in the execution of campaigns and content management, its different configuration options lead scoring and smart lists, its effectiveness to automate marketing, its support among many more.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its flexibility for campaign management, its ease of use, its powerful tools and solutions for marketing automation, I really like that it integrates very well with Microsoft dynamics, salesforce and social networks, the breadth of features and customization functions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Third party platforms must be used for the creation of websites and blogs as Marketo Engage does not have CMS capabilities, it only allows you to create landing pages.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Attracting customers with advanced, accurate and personalized content, as well as automating your marketing and sales processes is a complex challenge for companies' commercial environments, this can be easily solved with the implementation of Marketo engage, thanks to its remarkable capabilities, it is fully customizable and provides all the necessary tools to drive demand campaigns, lead generation, multichannel and social marketing, etc., which will consequently attract more customers and give a productivity orientation to your company.
