Industry standard for a reason

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates Adobe InDesign from other similar products?

Constant cloud storage, the entire Adobe library of creative assets to pull from anywhere at any time, and Adobe customer service, which can be hit and miss. InDesign is the industry standard for a reason, as it requires basically zero training for new hires who've been using it for years.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Adobe Creative Cloud service allows seamless integration for remote workers, and moving assets between users. It's built-in and never requires a separate setup or login information. It saved us major project deadline headaches on more than one occasion!

What do you dislike most about this product?

As it has been for years, moving from a one-time purchase (in which case you own the software) to a subscription. There is no permanent ownership and the software requires a constantly running internet connection.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't even entertain the idea of using something else. Just suck it up and pay for Adobe. You might feel the pinch later, but you won't ever regret going with the best.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Performance Enhancing
