What differentiates Adobe Commerce from other similar products?

Adobe Commerce is a quite powerful tool that evolves not only as a product itself, but also has a huge ecosystem around main commerce product, which gives a great benefit to work with it on plug-in / plug-out basis.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Extensibility - a lot of software product has a great extensibility features, but Adobe Commerce also has a great infrastructure around available for the customers, which allow to make this process faster, easier and without technical complexity. Also this is not require any separate devops team to maintain.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I believe weak point is a Support service. In case you have a good technical partner it never an issue, but in case you fully rely on Adobe support system, you may have some struggles in case you have not enough experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Always make a requirements mapping between your business needs/features and Adobe Commerce capabilities. And try do not over extend your implementation. I believe that its always possible to find a golden middle between business requirements and available solution to keep your system stable.
