What differentiates Adobe Campaign from other similar products?
It has a very intuvative drag and drop feature which makes it very easy to make a draft for approval before we start the actual work. Secondly we can create multiple workflows

Non technical team members find it very difficult to learn even the basic features
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a good software with lot of cross platform connectivity. The template manager will help you initially to learn how to use the whole tool

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Adobe Campaign has pre-designed emails which are really eye-catching and helpful enabling us to design beautiful and sophisticated emails. It also helps us to send automated responses to various emails thus saving our time which we can invest in some other project. They provide us with real-time results of our campaigns.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They need to add more customization options, especially for the footer. Sometimes their system suddenly slows down which lags so they need to improve their system. They need to add a feature that enables us to build complex nurture campaigns as they lack this feature.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Adobe Campaign has simplified email automation which is easy to build and use and makes it highly recommended. Also, the integration becomes easy with their CRM.
