Templates - allows us to set a clear brand look, feel and style with minimal effort. Campaigns are generated quickly and within set guidelines. Approval process - easy to send campaigns for approval, quality check - including typos! Step by step process for putting together campaigns from set up - audience - content - launch.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Content block addition is a little clunky. But once you’re used to it and have used it daily, you forget that it was an issue.

Set up your templates, once they’re in place it’s super straight forward and easy.

Adestra is straightforward to use. I've never encountered such user-friendly software that significantly decreases my effort. Even though I had to master this software from start due to my lack of prior knowledge, I felt it to be quite user-friendly and straightforward to customize. The support team responds quickly to our inquiries. Blogs can utilize templates that are simple to put up. Once you're familiar with how Adestra maintains its statistics, you can simply discover details about email recipients. It is simple to include various goods in your company's office.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reports on Adestra are difficult to alter, and transferring this information is yet another issue. Strategies cannot be contrasted; hence it is impossible to determine which style of campaign performed best. Exporting choices are limited. Their customer service system might be slow to reply to inquiries. Its API is rather old. Since they have a contemporary one, there is no open documentation, so they will not even acknowledge it until you ask. The Adestra user interface is old, and their procedure is cumbersome.

Using Upland Adestra couldn't be any easier. I've never come across a tool like this that significantly decreases my workload. To my surprise, despite the fact that I had no prior familiarity with the software, this application was quite self-explanatory and simple to customize. Whenever you have a question, the customer support crew is quick to answer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Upland Adestra's reports are difficult to modify, and exporting them is a hassle as well. One cannot know which campaign performed best since campaigns cannot be compared to one other. For exporting, there are several possibilities. Currently, Upland Adestra does not allow for the scheduling of emails, and this must be implemented. Adestra's design isn't to my taste, though. It takes a long time to transition between different pages, and some of the information is difficult to locate. Consequently, I believe that there is room for improvement in terms of the user interface.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I've already suggested this tool to a number of individuals and will continue to do so. A/B testing of your email campaigns is easy with this powerful email marketing tool. I wish you well with Adestra!
