What is Acuity Scheduling?
Acuity Scheduling, an online booking platform, is a Squarespace company. In early 2020, we released Squarespace Scheduling. Scheduling and Acuity share nearly all of their features, but Scheduling is built into your Squarespace account. Scheduling can also be an integrated addition to a Squarespace website and can integrate with Squarespace Campaigns. Acuity account owners can give employees different levels of access, including access to specific calendars only.

What differentiates Acuity Scheduling from other similar products?
The talent acquisition staff will find Acuity to be a breeze to work with. You have access to everyone's schedules and can reassign interviews amongst the recruiters as admin. Members can reserve rooms via their own personal calendars and links.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This ability to create various connections based on appointment types is fantastic. Getting people in for appointments no longer necessitates my sending a barrage of emails or having lengthy phone discussions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I'd like to see a little more personalization options on the main landing page. When making an appointment, I'd like it if customers could include other email addresses for themselves and any guests they might bring.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Acuity has helped our team tremendously with interview scheduling. It integrates with Zoom and can give candidates automatic appointment reminders.

What differentiates Acuity Scheduling from other similar products?
Our schedule has a personal assistant, sort of. They serve as my hands, feet, and storage systems for the whole company. Well, I have a lot of information saved with them, and I can quickly access all of my thoughts and customer information from my desktop, when I'm working at my desk, or even while I'm driving with my iPhone.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When it comes to scheduling possibilities, Acuity offers a lot of flexibility and excels at facilitating registration for group activities like workshops and service appointments. The software enables you to manually add participants to an event roster, provide discount vouchers for particular classes or events, etc. My needs for class registrations and roster administration are perfectly met by it. In addition, it integrates with other services quite well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Integrations frequently fail, which is terrible. Overall though, it is not too awful. Although powerful, the email feature is at its worst when it's unclear. To fully utilize what Acuity can do, there is some learning involved, so I periodically find myself asking colleagues for assistance.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's basically devoid of bugs. It contains so many functions that it's likely to meet your company's needs, even sophisticated ones. It's also existed for a long time, so it's well-made. Time zone support is available through Acuity for both clients and employees. Thus, everyone is able to view their schedules when they want to.

What differentiates Acuity Scheduling from other similar products?
Scheduling appointments with our clients and customers no longer has to be a time-consuming hassle thanks to Acuity Scheduling. It allowed our customers to see our availability in real-time, choose the ideal date and time for them, pay in advance via Square, Stripe, or Paypal, and even postpone or rearrange on their own without us having to exert ourselves to the point of exhaustion.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is my most favorite. I use it for a variety of platforms, ventures, and objectives. Nothing compares to how simple it is to customize their goods. The full CSS can be downloaded and edited for you. They are used by me even more than they might be used for CRM, alerts, email marketing, etc. much more than simply a platform for simple organizing. Trust me, they are larger than that.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has crusty user interface. Furthermore, the submenu occasionally fails to load correctly and is not intuitive. The ability to blacklist any new information users submit is not available once you prohibit a piece of user-submitted data, making blocking and banning laborious. I have a feeling that if I really got into it as an administrator, I'd be running into obstacles left and right, especially at first.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is simple to use, affordable, and extremely practical to make appointments, select the precise date and time and offers top-notch intake forms ideal for employee conversations and exploration calls. It works seamlessly with my website. The search engine is really quick and does not care about capitalization.
