Good for small team that is ready to get into software right away and don't want to waste time customizing or requiring training

What differentiates Act! from other similar products?

We greatly value the pursuit of updates to the product and ease of use that it grants our team as the industry constantly evolves. Staying nimble and adaptable is very important.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The marketing tools have always been a key selling point for our company. Without it, we would have had to pay for additional marketing services to support our efforts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dont think there is a stand out issue with the product at this time. Any hurdles that have come up are usually easily renavigated with some research or asking for assistance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider going to the highest tier level to take advantage of rolling updates.
