What differentiates Acronis DLP from other similar products?

I would definitely mention that this platform comes with strong audit-reporting functionality, which helps us answer the data exfiltration questions by showcasing our data and dashboards efficiently. Adding Acronis DLP to our system has enhanced our data governance and analytics teams in a way that automatically complements our workflows and business dashboards.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have been using Acronis DLP for quite some time now. I like having real-time visibility into the data transfers on endpoints, which allows us to have an eye on any sensitive file movement as soon as it happens. Moreover, it enables us to feed our data warehouse into the DLP event logs effortlessly and build dashboards that reflect the top leaking endpoints.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although the platform reflects full effectiveness but onboarding of new devices or users requires following a series of steps, which ultimately slows down the deployment process.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Most of the teams work remotely nowadays, so I would deeply recommend you to enable the offline vs online policy mode so you continue enforcements without any difficulty.

What differentiates Acronis DLP from other similar products?

It offers comprehensive auditing and shadowing. It captures and stores full logs and shadow copies of blocked/allowed actions. It enables forensic-level auditing for compliance and investigations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Unlike many DLP tools focused only on cloud/email/file sharing, Devicelock excels at securing physical data leakage vectors like USB and bluetooth etc

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has scalability constraints, so large scale deployments with thousands of agents can require careful tuning and resource planning.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend integrating this with AD for centralized control.
