The most special thing about Acquia DAM is that it keeps marketing assets in one place. In other tools, files are often scattered but here everything is organized. This improves team collaboration and reduces confusion. When multiple people are working on the same campaign everyone gets the same files. Due to this consistency, the chances of errors are reduced and the brand image also remains the same.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I find the best part of this product is its time saving. My daily routine is very busy and I often have to respond to clients quickly. When I get an image or document quickly, I can reply fast and the client remains happy. The central library is also a really appreciable feature. Earlier we had to collect files from different places but now everything is in one place. This not only saves time but also reduces stress because I know that everything is available in one system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have the most issue with search. Sometimes I can't find the exact file and I have to try different keywords. This wastes a bit of time when the client is waiting. The tagging system is not always perfect. Some files are not properly tagged which causes problems in searching. Because of this I have to manually look for files. The system logs me out or the session expires, and I have to log in again. It's a small thing but it's a bit disturbing on a busy day.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are in the sales or markketing field and handle daily content then I would recommend that you try Acquia DAM. It is especially useful for those who work in a fast environment and need quick access. At the same time I would also say that give some time in the beginning to understand the system. When you become comfortable with its features, you will see its real benefit and your daily work will become much smoother.
