What differentiates Accent from other similar products?

Ease of use. Though not always intuitive, once you understand the steps, the platform is very easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reliability. The platform works consistently and as promised. I rarely have to troubleshoot or manage UX issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be un-intuitive sometimes. There are features that require training/support to fully understand. It might be useful to include call-outs or prompts for some of the Admin Console or Content Manager features. However, I get such outstanding support from the Client Services folks that it makes it easy to use the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest to anyone considering this platform/product to take full advantage of training to get set up and then rest assured that you have an outstanding Client Services team to support you in any way you may need (best practices, next-best recommendations, etc.).
