What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?
We primarily use Accelo for client billing, but it also serves as a contact resource management database. We track projects and opportunities, manage contact databases, link appropriate teams, and deliver tasks. We've seen that our communications and project timelines have improved, and that the ticketing system has increased contact with consumers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how simply you can monitor time for a project and view your to-dos at a glance. Accelo immediately uploads our new contacts to the same location where we manage our projects and track our time. There are several advantages: the UI is simple to read and comprehend, and their onboarding and training are excellent. The ecosystem includes task and email management, as well as time tracking and paying.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If you have a large client base, the setup procedure is rather extensive, and the templates for some of the projects and stuff are quite extensive. Because everything is linked, a little error early in your process, such as how you set up your tasks, might eventually show up in invoicing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Working with your professional services team to correctly set up your workflow can save you the hassle of trial and error. To achieve your organization's goals, pay close attention to configuration. If you currently use this program and believe you are not functioning with a correct workflow, I propose hiring an expert to handle all of the adjustments you require for your firm so that you can have an orderly implementation.

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?
We are addressing the issue of project profitability by better managing our billable hours and project budgets with Accelo. We can better measure how near we are to exhausting our budget and ballooning our profit margin by segmenting projects into distinct milestones and activities with allotted hours. Accelo has assisted our organization in increasing the capacity of our teams and in resource management through reporting tools and team schedules. It has also enabled our team members to track time in a number of ways on a daily or weekly basis in a rapid and accurate manner.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Accelo has enabled me to correctly track my time, which has increased my productivity. At the same time, I manage my projects, advances, and invoices, ensuring that I always have a clear line of sight. Accelo ability to help you budget for a project while breaking it down into manageable milestones and specific tasks appeals to me. This budget assists our organization in better managing our time and determining billable hours in order to maximize our earnings per project and even each day.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike how limiting the Accelo interface might appear when altering a task description or relocating a task to a different milestone in the project. Due to an overall clumsy interface, these modifications, which should be straightforward, need multiple steps. Accelo has made various adjustments to our interface throughout the years, but these changes have primarily been aesthetic. They have not resulted in substantial advancements in user experience design.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Before establishing your milestones and tasks in the program, I would recommend understanding your project goals and objectives. Having a thorough grasp of a project from the start can assist minimize needless changes to project budget settings, which can be time-consuming owing to the software's lack of a suitable user interface. I would also recommend using Accelo daily and weekly timesheets to track your own billable hours and performance, since doing so may help you explain your worth to supervisors while also keeping your daily chores reasonable.

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?
Accelo keeps track of all open tickets and consolidates all pertinent email interactions. It's simple to keep track of everything, such as recorded time, deadlines, and so on. Automated procedures save time and allow for the rapid development of quotations and risk assessments based on input forms. Ability to allot time to tasks and track task, milestone, and project progress for more thorough work management and a clearer picture of what has been done and what is to come in a project.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Accelo is structured in such a manner that you can frequently use your intuition to discover a feature/function you're searching for. Accelo support team is friendly and quick to answer if you have any queries or problems. I enjoy how Accelo is quickly becoming the backbone of all administrative tasks. If you struggle to get things set up right, automating several tasks might save you a lot of time. The sessions with Accelo personnel were also quite beneficial from the start.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I've been using Accelo on a daily basis for almost three years and can't think of anything I don't enjoy about it. If anything like this was discovered, I would call their support and make a proposal to fix it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Something you just have to attempt in order to appreciate the potential benefits for your business. Watching training videos and participating in online webinars is the quickest and easiest approach to learn Accelo. You may also request and organize a tour with your Support representative.
