The Leadership Competencies Workbook has several components:
- The “Project Launch” tab allows you to document the roles and responsibilities of steering committee members and the leadership tiers that will be used to define competencies.
- The “Leadership Competencies” tab allows you to document appropriate competencies and proficiency level descriptions
- The “Shortlist” tab allows you to relate each of the competencies to your strategic goals.
- The “Deploy and Integrate” tab provides a way to build a communication and implementation strategy.
