Sixty to ninety percent of change initiatives fail to achieve their objectives. This causes managers to dread implementing change among their staff, and their staff to dread change. This training deck will instruct managers on how to:

  • Anticipate change impact and identify the four change process personas.
  • Successfully lead staff through the four stages of change: develop, introduce, implement, and adopt.

Change can be a painful or smooth experience for staff. As the key implementer of change, staff relations should be prioritized and well executed to increase the success of change initiatives.
