About Jillian Christopher

Jillian Christopher is a Project Coordinator in the Organizational Effectiveness practice at McLean & Company. As Project Coordinator, Jillian plays a supporting role in the management and administration of McLean & Company’s diagnostic programs. She works across a broad spectrum of products including New Hire, Exit, and Engagement surveys, and the McLean Leadership Index.

Jillian holds a Master of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of St Andrews in Scotland. While at St Andrews, Jillian engaged in a number of extracurricular and leadership activities. Prior to joining McLean & Company, Jillian worked in Account Management at a boutique advertising agency primarily focused in the healthcare sector.
