About Carmel O'Meara Morrison

Carmel is a Principal Consulting Analyst with McLean & Company. Carmel is a results-oriented Human Resources Professional with over 20 years of progressive HR experience as a HR Generalist at both the national and international level. She has a wide breath of experience in a number of industries including telecommunications, financial services, not-for-profit, information technology and manufacturing. She has an excellent track record in providing HR leadership and coaching to senior leaders in dynamic, fast-paced corporate environments.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Carmel provided HR leadership, coaching and guidance to executive level clients at Celestica. In this capacity, she partnered with Senior Executives to develop and deploy global HR strategies and initiatives in support of business plans & strategies.

Carmel's experience includes HR management and business partner roles at Bank of Montreal, Heart & Stroke Foundation, Reuters Canada and CGI Telecom in areas of organizational design & effectiveness, change management, and global talent & succession planning.

Carmel obtained her business diploma from Whitehall College in Dublin and completed the Advanced Program in HR Management from the University of Toronto. She received the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation and is a Coaching for Performance Certified Facilitator, Behavioural Interview Certified Trainer & Facilitator and Certified Performance Coach in Hogan Assessment.
