Informed Trust

As a manager, it can be challenging to trust employees and relinquish control. At the same time, equal distribution of trust to all employees is both risky and unrealistic. The Informed Trust Model helps leaders assess the appropriate level for different employees and situations. By combining the employee’s capability and outcome risk, leaders can assign trust according to trust profiles. These trust profiles will shift over time as experience and conditions change, but continued trust building efforts will help teams ultimately attain empowerment. In this video you will:
