What differentiates Zoho Survey from other similar products?
One of the features that make this software special is the link it has with social networks and email campaigns. I have developed many surveys and, through my social and professional networks, I send the surveys to my clients for them to fill out. I have seen how other software does not work very well with this option.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the elements that I appreciate the most about this software is the multiplatform system that allows me to share my surveys in real time with my clients through email or my social and professional networks. Another feature that fascinates me about this software is its SSL security system, which allows you to send surveys via email and social networks, maintaining the privacy and security of the surveys. And finally, the different options that the software offers you to analyze the information sent by the client, from simple analysis, to cross-checking variables, and frequent responses.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the reasons I didn't like the software at first was because of the IT administration. I found it difficult to configure, making us dependent on IT. However, the Zoho Survey team taught us in a didactic way, how to use this software, and this made me change my mind about the administration of Zoho Survey in the company where I work.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend this software to companies whose strength is customer service or the production of new products, because Zoho Survey and its fascinating survey system, allows you to collect valuable information from your customers that, when well analyzed, can be materialized in an excellent customer service, and therefore, an increase in sales and reputation of your company. I highly recommend the use of this software.
