Highly customizable. Easy to use and navigate The pricing is fair. Good customer experience. Integrates with CRM.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho SalesIQ is able to track the behavior of users. The platform has a live chat. It has the option to set up AI messaging. The reporting is excellent. Canned responses.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I have found to dislike, I have had a great experience with Zoho SalesIQ.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend Zoho SalesIQ, it has helped us provide a great customer experience and boost the growth of the business and the best part is that it helps you get to know your prospects well so that sales can increase.

What differentiates Zoho SalesIQ from other similar products?

even in free version, they offer the capability to edit your floating "chat now" block on the page.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

pre-written texts feature is so cool. also quite fast. it recognizes the user once submitted a chat form.

What do you dislike most about this product?

it doesn't recognize a user with the previous visits, a feature like "this user contacted to you or was on your web site x days ago"

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

quick setup and easy of use brings the good value.
