The AI ease of implementation makes it the best. There is lot of work to be done but yes, for something from a small to medium org which requires chat bot optimisation and AI driven communication channel for its customers, this is be the one

It is ready to understand and train. No extensive training requested to be joiners. The team is effective in implementing and providing support. AI driven chatbot is the best

Analytics. This becomes crucial in today's world. With AI having, the lack of extensive analytic reporting makes a biggest drawdown for this product

Explore more in this space. There are lot other product in the market and are constantly evolving. This is good for a smaller setup
