What differentiates Yellow.ai from other similar products?
The product was easily scalable to meet every request we came up with during implementation and after launch. It offers option to build multiple bots (for each department) and integrate all of them in to one mother bot for end users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I would call it is more about working with the teams. They were flexible, go out of the box to provide a feature
What do you dislike most about this product?
Role based access controls / personalization was lacking when we implemented. Their analytics are not as per requirements. We used to pull the data and do analysis on other tools
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Build default use cases for each department and reduce the time line for launch. Analytics on the bot needs lots of improvement.
