What differentiates Workday Workforce Management from other similar products?
First is the cost, Workday is often much more cost effective than other options. Next is the options it offers, we get much more with Workday.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how easy it is to navigate. The rollout was seamless, even with employees who are less tech savy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't have any issues/cons with Workday. We get everything we need and more.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for an easy way to manage time, PTO, benefits and other aspects of your workforce - this is it.

What differentiates Workday Workforce Management from other similar products?
I really like how Workday allows you to see how business processes have evolved over time and how you can improve them. Having worked with ADP for a long time, I can say that Workday is the best HR tool. Assuming you are familiar with the system and all its configuration options, Workday is truly designed to accommodate any requirement.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite part about Workday is the variety of services it offers, from a business calendar to personal insights and performance management. There are also office announcements and coworker comments available there. For your convenience, they have included navigation shortcuts. I use it at least once a month, and preferably twice.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Because Workday has so many capabilities, it can be difficult to keep track of everything and determine where to get certain information, such as my income or bank account details. You should navigate carefully and check everything to make sure you are on the right tab.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Every aspect of our operations is now more streamlined thanks to the consolidation of our previously disparate systems for things like recruiting, vacation requests, performance reviews, etc. It's also much less complicated to use than the Bamboo HR, which we used before.
