All Learnings tools are centralized in Workday, we don't have to use another platform

So far so good, very intuitive, accessible, one access

What differentiates Workday Learning from other similar products?
Workday Learning is a feature within Workday which is an all in one software platform for employers and employees to easily access and manage employee data. Workday learning modules can easily be assigned and accessed through the learning portal with a company wide library.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this feature is completing modules and getting results, feedback, and adding these modules to my Workday profile.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The page layout is a tad bit outdated. Getting to the modules and navigation isn’t exactly user friendly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have Workdy already for your employees, then Workday Learning could be a great essential for your employees. Instead of having multiple learning platforms Workday learning can help increase productivity and help strategize career goals.
