The software is geared towards big box retail and looks at the overall picture. It is catered to helping pinpoint more selective trainings to specific departments In both upper and lower management scales.

What differentiates Workday Learning from other similar products?

Workday provides best platform in organizations to start self paced learning. It provides analytics on how far have we completed the course and how are we performing in tests than before.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the pause and play feature of courses, which enables us to complete courses as per our time and convenience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to dislike as such about this.

Everyone should use this to keep himself updated about latest tech.
