What differentiates Workday Learning from other similar products?
It's a simple to use program that integrates very well with its' HRIS system and how long it's been in business tends to differentiate it because it has expertise in a variety of fields.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That it integrates well with our partner and their HRIS system
What do you dislike most about this product?
It looks very dated and behaves in the same way and unfortunately this is a big no no.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do your due diligence on any LMS system because of integration of your own systems.

What differentiates Workday Learning from other similar products?
If you have Workday for other things it integrates very well and reporting is easier. If you don't Workday can integrate easily with anything and pulling data is easy. You can also set it up the way you want and segments out security in any way.

lack of customizing the UI.

Make sure you have your own content because Workday does not provide any.

What do you dislike most about this product?
I use Workday daily for checking in and out of work, and Workday Learning during my downtime. For the past year and two months, I haven't had any issues with either.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking for a system to easily manage employee data (demographics, pay, preferences, schedule), or aid with career journies, then Workday Learning is the software for you. Your employees will excel in skills, whether picked by a dedicated team, or general knowledge to increase productivity.
