What differentiates VanillaSoft from other similar products?
Not much other than it's dialer and ancient UI
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's best feature and by far above the rest is the dialer. It's powerful, reliable and even comes with an auto-dialing function. Monitoring calls is a breeze and the team can easily review calls from other team members.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's UI is ancient. Almost like a 2010 web design.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go with this if your main focus is calls. Anything else, skip.

What differentiates VanillaSoft from other similar products?
Information is clearly stored and accessible when I need to review it. Creating my dashboard helps to keep me organised and lets me clearly see my tasks. It's clean and easy to use
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is extremely easy to create both team and personal cadences to hold yourself accountable in your outreach, as well as templates and snippets for personalization. Moreover, the metrics are easy to understand and iterate upon.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The calendar could use a few updates. It would be great to be able to drag and drop individual and groups of scheduled call-backs to another date (say an employee was unexpectedly out sick). I would love to be able to highlight things in the calendar and drag them to a new day
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your team needs a solution that is easy to learn for callers, requires little administration, and support you can count on VanillaSoft is a great match
