What differentiates VanillaSoft from other similar products?

It does allow simple workgroups to be created and some level of customization on source and pipelines management

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The reporting portal was a good thought, it is lacking, but definitely, a tableau inspired visual creator

What do you dislike most about this product?

You can create multiple projects to segregate workflows but cannot pull reporting across the projects; each one needs its suite to be created separately The API and general outside system integration are weak. If you use it for all of your technology solutions, it might be better, but as a CRM only, it will not play well with other apps/software

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If this will be your end-end solution it is worth a try. If you want this to be a portion of your technology portfolio strategy, it will likely not work.

What differentiates VanillaSoft from other similar products?

Because my office was full of college students I needed some thing easy to understand, but complex enough to store all the data and information we needed. VanillaSoft is just that. Other products I found were more difficult for students to interact with and had unnecessary complicated features that interfered with our operation. Vanilla soft was very easy to customize so that we could use what we needed without it being too complicated

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A lot of our operation involved phone canvassing and I think that’s where the best features exist. All of the information we had about clients was perfectly organized and easily digestible so we were able to be extremely productive throughout the day.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Well there are a lot of amazing things about VanillaSoft, we did have numerous issues regarding logging in to the point where student accounts were suspended for days. Luckily customer support was always able to get the problem fixed, but it did throw a wrench in our operations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would absolutely recommend this product if you were looking for an intricate software that will properly keep tabs on your clientele, but it’s also very simple and efficient to use.
