How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

What differentiates Userpilot from other similar products?
Opportunities to customize pop-up message design well, ease of use. has great segmentation and targeting opportunities for messages/NPS survey and other features (including by behaviour - tracked by Userpilot or by custom data that you can pass to Userpilot).
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Targeting and segmentation features, opportunity to make your custom triggers, easy dashboards.
What do you dislike most about this product?
NPS survey tool is a great addition and is better than many out there - customisable and includes quite smart audience targeting/repeat settings but, unfortunately, allows you to make only 1 flow. So if you're looking to set up several surveys like this - relationship NPS and transactional NPS etc., it will not be possible.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a great tool for guiding your customers, showing appropriate messages to appropriate people at the appropriate time but may not have all the features you need (e.g. surveying is not a very strong part). Carefully check the features against all your UX needs before committing :)

What differentiates Userpilot from other similar products?
Their learning curve is not that steep as other products. Although it's pricey, it is a bit cheaper than other products. They reply to questions and technical issues quite fast, and their cs team is quite friendly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its intuitivity
What do you dislike most about this product?
That sometimes it had random bugs that affected the user experience of our product
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need to show the value to C level or business areas, I really recommend using experiments, so that you can prove a point to how this tool can help your users and monetization too.
