What differentiates UKG Ready from other similar products?

The ease for staff to clock-on and off makes this a very valuable tool in the shift workers industry and it has a single database so very easy to run reports

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease for staff to clock-on or off via their own devices or from a central point as required by each client site and reporting is great

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost - but it is easy to justify and a complex admin interface but with so many features that's expected

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is an industry leading product although there are other competitors it is easy to justify
