What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What do you dislike most about this product?

I've had the most difficulty with Computer Vision's optical character recognition thus far. Occasionally, it fails to identify an element on the screen, most notably columns in tables. My only reservation is that the UiPath license is too pricey compared to the competition.

Some bots fail to run, and you can't find out why. It is pretty inconvenient to contact UiPath support to report problems or errors. Thus, more assistance from UiPath's end is required to eliminate the mistakes and hiccups. I find the incremental price increases with each new update to be a significant drawback.
