I believe the only drawback for a little business like mine is the cost of the licenses, which I hope will decrease in the future, but generally, it's a good investment. Consider the price. UiPath was a wonderful experience for me. There is no learning curve for this product, and the customer support is excellent. For users who have a rudimentary understanding of programming, UiPath Academy is a great resource. I'm thrilled because it's been a lovely experience. I do not doubt that it would help other people.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of automation made possible by this technology, as well as its adaptability to various programming languages. We can easily organize our BOT in UiPath Orchestrator and monitor it around the clock. We can also check the logs, analyze errors, use Queues to store data and do a tonne of other things with it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't much information available on correctly configuring UiPath. If we require assistance after the support period, we will have to employ outside assistance. The creation of an automated task is a major undertaking that requires in-depth knowledge because if the finished product falls short of expectations, lost time and money will result.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It can instantly log in to the dashboard, check the status of all the bots from my phone, and resolve any minor problems or faults from the cloud platform. It's advantageous for you to have simple access to the administration platform. I, therefore urge you to try it.

I found some minor issues in UiPath which can be easily eliminated with little effort. For example, it lacks more in-depth analytics and knowledge on the effectiveness of robot runtime. UiPath had several features which weren't available in any previous tools that I utilized before it. It has essential procedures which are modernized without causing damage to underlying systems. Although it increases accuracy in jobs that are prone to error.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I've used other automation tools, but UiPath's UI Explorer stands out above the others. The UiPath Studio's UI Explorer is useful. Every UI element has a distinct and dynamic selector that can be obtained, which helps me locate a certain UI element. Thus, I thought that was the most useful feature. Its usability is valuable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

UIPath updates are unstable, which occasionally causes the flow to alter. One of the difficulties for developers is debugging; IT needs to be improved. Improvements should be made to the mining process.
