We can say that uipath is different since all the basic activities are already incorporated as packages and it also allows us to incorporate new packages that are updated with new versions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What we like most about this tool is that with this tool you can automate simple desktop processes with a robot, leaving aside human intervention in processes that are very important. I also love how many automation templates it has, you can automate various tasks without having to create an automated process manually. UiPath has been constantly improving and delivering its features to all users in the community, especially with each new version it has a surprise waiting for you.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no option to make a set of activities as Favorites in all projects done on a system, you have to set favorite activities separately for each project

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We can recommend this tool as this process automation solution really hits the spot with all its very flexible features and offers an academy to learn all about the RPA world.

For a beginner, Uipath is the best solution than other products.

We're using UiPath as a product for our own agency and also for our clients we help them during the deployment aconfiguration to ensure both of us are getting the most benefits for the marketing and business development services we provide to them, We are using UiPath to have a detailed understanding for the very complex business processes and to analyze data from different departments and get the insights we need to improve the performance of our business operation and to make sure our clients are having the same experience too.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We really like how quickly UiPath enabled us to build automations using their pre-built templates and automation activities from the UiPath Marketplace, We easily build automations for us and our clients without the need to be experts in coding, Most of our processes are based on AI Computer Vision to build vision-based automations that could run on dynamic interfaces and remote desktops, UiPath enabled us to build vision-based automations that really work smooth on all operating systems and that was a reason to thank the team behind UiPath for making everything possible and for helping us grow faster than we ever did.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Chrome extensions aren't working probably and sometimes it doesn't recognize them as enabled and keeps asking us to enable them while they are already enabled, Also on large datasets the performance goes heavier and crashes sometimes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

No Flash support, it's very hard to extract data from iframes, the quality of training and onboarding guidance needs to get rebuilt in a clearer way with more detailed documentation. It's still pricey and needs a little bit of cost reduction
