The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates Typeform from other similar products?
Typeform offers professional level customization flexibility , without a lot of technical requirements. From responsive designs that fits well into different device and screen types, to customizable aesthetics which makes surveys created with Typeform more appealing to the target audience, to an impressive logic jump feature which enable the introduction of unique questions to survey respondents, based on their previous selections on our survey forms. Typeform customization possibilities are almost endless.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Extensive integration with popular applications we utilize in my workplace. This comes with many benefits, top of which includes the ability to automatically synchronise data between Typeform and tools like Excel for proper data analysis and management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For long surveys, the Typeform approach of displaying one question at a time , may feel slow. In addition to this , when using the mobile builder, I do not have access to introduce logic to my survey questions , except I access the survey builder from my computer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Not ideal for teams interested in offline data collection.

What differentiates Typeform from other similar products?
Typeform is easy to use, both for survey creators and survey respondents. It allows users to integrate beautiful media elements into surveys and this has given my surveys beautiful aesthetics which many of my target respondents find attractive, thus improving the quality of interest in my surveys,
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Typeform is best known for presenting surveys, in a "one question at a time", chat conversation styled format, which has proven , from my own experience to create better engagement with survey respondents and increase the chances of respondents completing my surveys ,
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although Typeform does offer in-built data analysis capabilities, they rarely ever meet my need. Often times, I have to export survey data from Typeform to proper data visualization and analytics tools.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Although Typeform is beautiful for getting engagement for survey respondents, it is inherently flawed in the quality of data visualization and analysis it provides to survey creators.
