What differentiates Twilio Customer Engagement Platform from other similar products?
Twillo flex is a complete solution for an organization and more flexible than most similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Twilio is one of the top platforms for developing new technologies. I like it since its service is beneficial and simple to use once it has been configured to work with the system. Another feature I like about this system is that it can use SIP trunking directly from the Twilio platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If the program is left idle in one state for an extended period of time, it will frequently log out. It can take a while for the app to log in and out.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend this product to anyone with some level of technical experience in customization and administration.

What differentiates Twilio Customer Engagement Platform from other similar products?
I like how Twilio Flex affords us the ability to automate engagement with our customers on non-traditional platforms like WhatsApp and Telegram.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Twilio Flex is allowing us to bypass traditional marketing mediums such as emails, and engage with our customers where they are most present - on platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Twilio Flex can obviously do with providing us with better analytical data, as it regards how our customers engage with our content.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider flex when using with sales force great combination and easy to use for multi tasking. Overall it's good.
