Honestly what set them apart was pricing. What holds us to them is the customer service. Whenever we are needing edi assistance with onboarding a new edi partner the are with us every step of the way

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customer service representatives. They are timely and always willing to get our edi issues resolved

What do you dislike most about this product?

Initial integration with new erp was bumpy but they worked alongside us to get up and running

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Shop around and see what works best. They value there customers and take care of you here though.
