What differentiates TOPdesk ITSM from other similar products?

TOPdesk has so many features Mentioning some of them. It has a feature of linking 3rd party’s applications with it. Its each and every updated version is first thoroughly tested before approval. It has a technical support system for its users which performs its duties efficiently and in a professional way.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is simple to use. It gives the users raw data reports that can be processed in Excel. It is also able to prepare forms of standard routines.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has most usual window shortcuts in its SAAS version which do not work. The use of TAB key does not work according to the user. It do not changes the status of the product automatically.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

TOPdesk give its users a platform where their all questions can be answered. Collaborations can be made a bit smoother by using it. I prefer it over others.
