What differentiates Staffbase from other similar products?
Due to the Staffbase certificate expiring, we recently ran into a problem with our Workforce Management (time off requests). We are still waiting for the new certificate, and Staffbase ought to have been on top of this. The advantages include having access to the full company through the PC, iPhone, or Android applications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For our employees, the Staffbase app has been a fantastic communication tool. Important messages are delivered to us via push notifications. With the use of a SAML 2.0 integration, we can use the app to request time off. Additionally, we are retiring our outdated intranet website and replacing it with Staffbase moving forward.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We cannot bulk upload staff images to the directory with Staffbase; instead, each person must do so individually. We have informed Staffbase that leadership wants to have this capability.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly developed solution, courteous and knowledgeable support team, user-friendly interface, and intuitive management. fewer restrictions on employees' access to corporate information abroad. Create local content for dissemination worldwide.

What differentiates Staffbase from other similar products?
We were aware that there was a lack of communication and interchange inside our organization, especially in light of the numerous subsidiaries outside of Germany that were not informed of all Group-related news. They may easily be kept informed about new initiatives, management changes, etc. thanks to the app.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Staffbase app is incredibly simple to use; anyone can access it and add articles or photographs without any hassle! No more justifications about how complicated things are or how you require specialized knowledge.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only issues we have are the (quite often) technical breakdowns, such as when we are unable to access the app or upload media. Although it doesn't happen frequently, it always seems to happen when I need the malfunctioning function.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Our advice is to be committed to the cause and keep making an effort to persuade individuals who are difficult to persuade. Definitely, we are working on that right now.

What differentiates Staffbase from other similar products?
We started many campaigns, in which each subsidiary introduced itself, its products, its target markets, and its staff. Through the simple act of sharing information within the app, this type of campaign aids in our ability to develop as a team and forge a corporate identity.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For hourly industrial workers to be able to contact them in real-time, the Staffbase app is fantastic. We frequently communicate with our staff by using the news and employee updates. On several newly established pages, we offer a tonne of information for the staff as well. Everyone may shop there in one place.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The most common complaint we get is that biometrics, such as fingerprints or faces, cannot be used to sign in. Although I wouldn't call it a dislike, learning how to develop the app was a little difficult. It's simple to use once you get the hang of it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The software, in our opinion, was pretty simple to set up, and attracting new users was simple at first. It has been much harder to keep people happy after the initial excitement has worn off... and extremely difficult to surpass 50% of the enrollment rate.
