What differentiates Staffbase from other similar products?

There have been a few technical issues with a few users logging in, but the help is excellent. helps our organization by allowing us to communicate with our front-line teams and by centralizing everything. We have covered almost everything thanks to the design and structure.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some users had a little trouble logging in, but overall there was very little disturbance. The absence of phone numbers in their signature bothered me. I sometimes wish I could call them right away, but there are no phone numbers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

An easy-to-use platform that can be customized and made bespoke for our organization. I would strongly advise other organizations to purchase this software.

What differentiates Staffbase from other similar products?

Our staff had been telling us they wanted greater communication in their feedback. Before, they had to wait for their boss to inform them of developments. Now that we've published it in the app, everyone has access to up-to-date information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Nothing is required; everything is attainable. We don't all presently use all of the other functions that Staffbase offers. But as time goes on, we'll expand this so that workers may always learn something new. Our production staff, in particular, greatly benefits from the new app because it gives them access to all the information and strengthens their relationship with the business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Overall, there are only a few minor items that we could wish to alter, but Staffbase still has other options available. Integration into current IT platforms is still up for debate or resolution.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We can now swiftly, flexibly, and much more effectively communicate with our manufacturing staff. In addition, we can now favorably affect employee loyalty much more.

What differentiates Staffbase from other similar products?

We started many campaigns, in which each subsidiary introduced itself, its products, its target markets, and its staff. Through the simple act of sharing information within the app, this type of campaign aids in our ability to develop as a team and forge a corporate identity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For hourly industrial workers to be able to contact them in real-time, the Staffbase app is fantastic. We frequently communicate with our staff by using the news and employee updates. On several newly established pages, we offer a tonne of information for the staff as well. Everyone may shop there in one place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The most common complaint we get is that biometrics, such as fingerprints or faces, cannot be used to sign in. Although I wouldn't call it a dislike, learning how to develop the app was a little difficult. It's simple to use once you get the hang of it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The software, in our opinion, was pretty simple to set up, and attracting new users was simple at first. It has been much harder to keep people happy after the initial excitement has worn off... and extremely difficult to surpass 50% of the enrollment rate.
