It's supposedly more "hip" and fun.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The noise it makes when a message comes through is nice and not as annoying as some other products.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I hate how disorganized it is. You open it up and there's so many different channels and other things going on it gets very confusing - it shouldn't be that hard to navigate an instant messaging platform.

Don't get it, use teams or something else instead.
