What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack provides a lot of features than a lot of the other instant chat products I've explored.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the ease of use and the simplicity of their user interface.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like that they sometimes have an issue with uptime. Also that their different tiers provide different features. For example, I think that we (admins) should be able to at least see what private channels exist and who are their members in a basic tier for company transparency.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I love Slack and I would definitely recommend giving it a shot!
Pros
