What differentiates ServiceNow GRC from other similar products?

The highly customizatble nature of the product is what it makes better than others that claim their software is customizable. Easy navigation, configuration and setup, great reporting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- The integration with other ServiceNow products as well as other third party software. - Quick and relatevely straightforward implementation - Highly customizable and configurable - Great workflow management and automation capabilities

What do you dislike most about this product?

- UI and UX could be better - Performance is sometimes an issue - Not so intuitive platform to learn - There are modules that are harder to understand and learn

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are lots of GRC platforms on the market, so before you sign with any of them, do your research and ask for a demo to be sure to get the right tool for your use case.

Automation and UI are main features of ServiceNow, Security is one the most important feature of ServiceNow, being a cloud based software service. It has more features than regular software that support eGRC programs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

User Interface and Automation

What do you dislike most about this product?

More features can be added like color coding

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend to use ServiceNow for their eGRC practice save time and money.
