Great support helps to navigate the tool in best way for organisation. Great knowledge on industry best practices that help get better experience and results

Unlimited amount of keywords and advanced search mode

What do you dislike most about this product?

That at the end of the day tool is limited by data from Meta, Twitter or Instagram and you wish to get more, but they stop you :)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Test out 3 tools from different price ranges to understand that getting SaaS for 50$ isn't giving you experience close to the tool for 500$

What differentiates Sentione from other similar products?

Sentione is a platform that automates customer service interactions using artificial intelligence. The program uses proprietary algorithms to scan the internet (including social media, portals, forums, and blogs) throughout the world, gather public comments, and then analyze the data for useful consumer insights. Customers' online discussions may be managed across different channels using the unified interaction module, which allows customer support representatives to reply from a single platform. These all things are unique in Sentione from other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The dashboard's various options are extremely appealing to me. In the statistical area, I select my project and am shown a wealth of audience information such as gender, geography, and the days and hours of the week when most mentions are published. There are also several charts that previous tools lacked. Because of the engagement and interest of cross-functional teams, the screen-sharing option has been quite beneficial to us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasionally, I don't get mentions, but this is usually due to my incorrect setting, which needs to be corrected, but this is to be expected. Apart from that, everything appears to be in order. I should also point out that they have excellent customer service and are always willing to assist, so even when I encountered issues, they were always willing to assist.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to keep tabs on things like brand equity, social media activity, and where people are talking about your company, this is the solution for you. Just be sure to set up a meeting so that you can get off on the right foot. I recommend giving it a shot and getting in touch with SentOne so they can explain how the system is working and teach you how to establish projects.
