What differentiates SAP Business Network from other similar products?
Sap Ariba is my most favourite product. Working into many Que's in a IT company. And my main responsibility to handle the CARE Que. Where we create the contacts for the third party from ours client side. And Ariba is really good to save my time. All lines I can add there very fastly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integration with other tech platforms to ensure smooth flow of Data. And It allows scalability and integration with other products in smoother way . Error proof working is there . Data integrity and sanctity is maintained .
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing dislike. And one thing which is not really called dislike that is Ariba has some restriction for us but not for clients. So I don't think that is dislike point.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend someone for it will make process smooth.

What differentiates SAP Business Network from other similar products?
Streamlines the procurement process, automates the PO/PR workflow, and assists in ensuring that PR/POs and costs are documented and authorized in accordance with the organization's specified standards. I can discover suppliers and buyers using SAP ARIBA software, which is highly compliant and audit-friendly, and the procurement is completed while all security measures are in place. It truly assists clients in meeting their requirement to handle a huge number of tenders or invoices, and because it is a comprehensive package, there is no need to seek assistance from other sources.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I enjoy best about it is its easy interface with other SAP products, which is the ERP used by the majority of businesses, and the flexibility to construct custom validations depending on business requirements. It is a platform where company owners, suppliers, and buyers can easily communicate on a single platform, and it is a SAP product, making it a more secure and trusted source of trust. SAP Ariba is a great solution for handling invoices and bids since it is cloud-based, has high availability, and does not rely on local servers, and it has a nice user interface.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There isn't much I don't like; in particular, customer service should be improved, and if the price plan is slightly updated, it will easily attract more consumers. I believe the product is pretty outdated, and the UI is quite monotonous, which occasionally causes my eyes to sleep; I cannot work if the UI/UX is poor.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a trustworthy application where suppliers and buyers can easily communicate, and the tool makes it more safe and trustworthy; it is a one-stop shop for customers and suppliers. Both buyers and suppliers may be located in the SAP Ariba tool, and you don't have to look for the same item twice; it has everything that buyer-suppliers would require.
