How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

What differentiates Salsify from other similar products?
Not really differentiated from other PIMS that I have used in the past. Salsify does seem to have robust training and webinars on the latest industry topics. I am the end user so I can't speak to the customer service and implementation stages.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like being able to see all digital approvals that are needed in one spot across all my brands. I receive notifications that let me know when things are ready for review. Salsify is pretty intuitive to use so I have not needed to reach out for support beyond basic functions and training.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is really tough to search assets. For example, when I type in the product name(s), sometimes products don't pop up. The UPC digits are always a little temperamental too. It would be nice to have collections by Brand where you can search assets and product pages/attributes in one place. Also, the pre-prod vs. prod disconnect is sometimes challenging when communicating with sales. We also do not have retailer specific attribute fields which would be helpful.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider who will be using (end users) the product, costs, and capabilities when evaluating PIMS.
