Ease of use and willingness to work with customers and no push back.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Able to easily find what I'm looking for in relation to content

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes if we input messy data, it can be messy to look at. Even though we created the issue by the data we provided I wish there was a bit more of a "box" or :structure" we had to abide by to eliminate that.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do it! Leader in their space and best in class. You need this.
