What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
The single spot where I may customize the contact or company attributes on the left-hand side allows me to specify and then constantly view what is most pertinent to me. The best results came from setting up the tasks by queue and the notifications to quickly alert me to anything I need to pay attention to. All sales development reps should use it because it's a great tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It incorporates functionality from Mail Chimp, WordPress, and SEO tools like Word Tracker. If you have little knowledge of web development or design and want everything in one place with an easy drag-and-drop interface for creating email templates, Hubspot is an excellent option. Everything is in one place, and it's easy to find the filters and tabs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The sequence has space for improvement. The efficiency of outbound prospecting is decreased when there are restrictions on the number of contacts per Sequence enrolment. De-duping could be carried out more effectively. Duplicate leads are annoying because, occasionally, when you think you've located a new company, you find out that it already exists but with a different URL. We squander a lot of time as a result.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Hubspot meets the basic requirements. The navigation is relatively straightforward and takes care of all the requirements. Using HubSpot's Sequences, our team can swiftly call and email prospects with pertinent information. Using templates, creating a sequence is straightforward. Using Analytics for Sequences to view the overall opens, clicks, and answers is beneficial.

Enables the tracking, sharing, and usage of data and comments in sales and problem-solving scenarios. For businesses dealing with enormous amounts of data, Salesforce is extremely helpful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Thanks to its opportunity Management application, we can get a thorough picture of the agreements our team has accomplished. We may quickly observe the situation, the products, the rivals, quotes, and other data. As we follow our leads from click to closure, we can continuously fine-tune our efforts across all channels. The contact portion is well-structured and ordered; the degree of information permits a thorough understanding; the system of folders and subfolders is quite helpful, and the Chatter system is simple.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The ability to adapt, change, and be flexible could make it challenging to manage all fields, apps, etc. In practice, user onboarding has proven to be more difficult than anticipated. Although it is not a technical problem, the product vendor has to provide better help. Connecting to any other system is available by switching to a new application.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Businesses of all sizes may handle Opportunities and Activities in an efficient and business-focused manner with the help of the salesforce sales cloud. The tactic benefits firms and provides quick returns on investment. Integration is effective. The application is simple to use. Although more complex emails can be designed, templates produce results quickly.
