What differentiates Salesforce CPQ from other similar products?
The Salesforce CPQ journey was interesting, but the result was excellent. We went from having one Deal Desk analyst providing quotes for all sales reps to sales reps creating their own quotes on their own.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As a small team, we like the flexibility to make last-minute adjustments when we discover something isn't working. For more complex quoting requirements, you can also use QCP to expand your normal capacity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Launching CPQ is a time-consuming process that requires extensive planning, development, and testing. Furthermore, problems will persist regardless of your efforts.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One of the best things about Salesforce CPQ is its versatility. Things become much clearer as you learn how he uses all those objects.
